Jim Cramer's Mad Money Lightning Round Dec. 6

Apollo Investment (NASDAQ: AINV - News):'I tend not to like the closed-end investment funds very much. This one, though, yields 8%. It looks like the yield is very safe ... I think you buy some!'Exxon Mobil (NYSE: XOM - News): 'Do you know that there have been two giant mutual funds who come in every day and buy that stock? ... You've got to wait 3 points before you can buy it. $75 next, and then pull the trigger!'Research In Motion (NASDAQ: RIMM - News): ' ... the opportunity is here. New products - through Cingular - come out next week ... I'm reiterating my buy on RIMM.'PepsiCo (NYSE: PEP - News): 'PEP is one of the most well-managed companies in the country. They will figure out what to do with the Doritos, and the bad food stuff that's going on. I guess the bottom line is PEP, right now - holding pattern. But, when the economy slows, it be rolling again.'eBay(NASDAQ: EBAY - News): 'Do you know that, after all this run for EBAY, at $25, the stock is still down 25%? I think that smells like opportunity. EBAY - it works!'BioMarin Pharmaceutical (NASDAQ: BMRN - News): ' ... without a doubt, the most single, exciting speculative name in biotech today. Pull the trigger! I think there's good news coming. Diagnostic products. Theraputic enzymes. Wow!'Advanced Micro Devices (NYSE: AMD - News): 'I like it right here. I think AMD is a winner. I know people don't like that graphics chip acquisition. I think finally it's right!'Bank of New York (NYSE: BK - News)
Bearish calls:
Bank of America (NYSE: BAC - News): 'I'm trying to figure out why that CFO left. You know that's never a great thing ... We are now down from two thumbs up, to neutral. Don't buy, don't buy until we know more.'Regal Entertainment (NYSE: RGC - News): 'I cannot believe how great this company has become ... It yields 5% ... Here's the problem. 12% grower. 25x multiple ... That's too expensive. Even though I like that business, I am going to ask you to ring the register!'Apollo Group (NASDAQ: APOL - News): 'Remember, accounting irregularities equals sell. APOL is accounting irregularities... need I finish the equation?'American Oriental Bioengineering (AMEX: AOB - News): 'I think you should sell that stock nine ways to Sunday. Sell, sell, sell!'Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL - News): Oh man, some guy today, he just gonged it ... He said there's going to be a North American database shortfall ... the piece was so, so damning that I've got to now wait until either Larry Ellison [CEO] calls us on the phone on the set, or the quarter. So, I guess ORCL - which has been one of my favorite stocks - has gone to 'don't buy.'S1 Corp (NASDAQ: SONE - News): ' ... Internet-based financial services ... I'm not going to buy this one. Don't buy, don't buy.'Zoran (NASDAQ: ZRAN - News)Baidu (NASDAQ: BIDU - News):'Oh, you know that I missed BIDU. I had a bad call on it. I sat back, because it was a Chinese-communist stock and I didn't pull the trigger. I can't do it at buy. I can't do it a sell, not my strength. Don't buy, don't buy.'

Glad to see Jim's radar picked up Baidu. Read the following short story from the China stock advisor http://Chinavestor.com This is from their Newsletter touching upon Baidu.

...Remember, current stock prices reflect value of future earnings. As long as the market anticipates future yuan appreciation, the valuation of the Chinese banks will remain high.
Another excellent example of potential future earnings is Baidu.com (BIDU), the number one Chinese search engine company.
As the following screenshot displays, Baidu.com has been steadily recovering since February 2006. The company has kept delivering high top and bottom line growth while keeping profitability ratios high and constant. The company solidified its leading position among Chinese language search engines and skeptics in the investment community accepted Baidu’s high valuation. There have been six upgrades by major analysts since May 2006 and the good times seem to keep rolling.
And a recent survey for the “Best International Stocks” of The Motly Fool included Baidu in the group of elite companies like Toyota (NYSE:TM), Sony (NYSE:SNE) and Nokia (NYSE:NOK).
    I think we should listen...
