Aviall to buy Sisu Services assets
Aviall Inc. has agreed to buy certain assets of Sisu Services Inc., an aircraft brake and wheel company, Aviall said Friday.
Dallas-based Aviall, a subsidiary of The Boeing Co. (NYSE: BA - News), said Sisu Services will become a business unit of Aviall Product Repair Services beginning April 16.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition will not impact Chicago-based Boeing's financial guidance, Aviall said.
Aviall, an aviation parts and services company, said the acquisition supports its growth strategy by expanding the opportunities for high value services and parts sales.
