Aftermarket Movers

RC2 Corp. cut its 2006 earnings forecast after the bell Thursday, and traders responded by sending the shares plummeting in aftermarket activity.
The Oak Brook, Ill.-based toy maker said it expects profit for the quarter to come in below its prior guidance because fourth-quarter sales were "flat to slightly down" from the year early and margins were hurt by high prices for the zinc used its die-cast models. The company also expects to take charges for several discontinued product lines.
In late trading, RC2 shares dropped $7.93, or 17.8 percent, to $36.60 per share, after closing at $44.53 on the Nasdaq.
Shares of electronics data company IHS Inc. also took a beating in the extended session after the company announced a 15 percent drop in fourth-quarter profit as operating expenses rose.
Results fell short of Wall Street expectations, and the Englewood, Colo.-based company's shares lost $1.55, or 4 percent, to traded at $36.74, after a close at $38.29 on the New York Stock Exchange.
CalAmp Corp. shares lost 38 cents, or 4.7 percent, to $7.69 in after-hours trading, after the Oxnard, Calif., telecommunications equipment maker said its fiscal third-quarter profit and revenue fell. The company also forecast its fourth-quarter results will come in lower than last year.
Also on the downside was Murphy Oil Corp., which said after the close it expects its fourth-quarter profit will come in short of Wall Street expectations.
Shares of the El Dorado, Ark.-based company lost 94 cents, or 2 percent, to $45.31. Murphy Oil stock finished the regular session at $46.25 on the NYSE.
Among the aftermarket winners was Onstream Media Corp., which added to regular session gains spurred by news the digital media company will be offering live QuickTime encoding and streaming, enabling their customers to reach Apple Macintosh users when Webcasting.
Pompano Beach, Fla.-based Onstream shares added 8 cents, or 2 percent, to $3.52 in late trading. Onstream stock closed up 56 cents, or 19.4 percent, at $3.44 in regular Nasdaq trading.
