Jim Cramer's Mad Money Stock Recap July 27th

PepsiCo (P'EP), Kellogg (NYSE: K - News), Nova Chemicals (NYSE: NCX - News), Schering-Plough (NYSE: SGP - News) and Celgene (NasdaqGS: CELG - News), EMC (NYSE: EMC - News)
In the aftermath 0f last week's carnage, Cramer urged investors to search in the rubble for damaged stocks but not damaged companies. One indicator that the damage is only skin deep is if the companies reported great quarters right before the selloff. However, financial and housing stocks are simply no good, according to Cramer. While Pepsi and Kellogg both reported great quarters, Pepsi jumped and then gave back its gain while Kellogg went flat. He prefers Pepsi to Coke and thinks this $66 stock is really worth $80. Cramer predicted Kellogg will have a great quarter. He considers both stocks to be an antidote for a slowing economy. Concerning NCX, Cramer said the quarter was strong and he thinks the company will be taken over. Cramer likes SGP and CELG, even though the latter stock is up. Cramer liked EMC's quarter so much, he bought the stock, and he says the company's spinoff of VMWare will be VMware "the sexiest initial public offering of the year."
Boeing (NYSE: BA - News) and Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT - News)Cramer predicts BA and LMT will go to $120, since both had been at $80 and are now around the $100 mark. BA is producing fuel-efficient planes which hold more passengers and is not affected by the domestic economy. Cramer would buy a maximum of 100 shares incrementally. He adds LMT is a good play on the Iraq War, since the defense budget is "huge." Cramer added LMT is a good international stock and is a "buyback king."
Adobe (NasdaqGS: ADBE - News)
Cramer feels secure about the tech because the sector usuallly does well in the late summer and it has the least exposure to housing ills. He likes ADBE right now even more than Microsoft because he thinks the third and fourth quarter will benefit from sales of Creative Suite 3, the "best software for publishing."
Mad Mail: Transocean (NYSE: RIG - News) and Omniture (NasdaqGM: OMTR - News)
Cramer calls RIG the most creditworthy company apart from Schlumberger, but he would recommend selling some gains. He adds that he hopes those who saw a $4 jump for OMTR sold some stock.

Jim Cramer's Mad Money Lightning Round July 20th

Bullish calls:
PPG Industries (NYSE: PPG - News): 'I want you to pull the trigger on PPG ... Buy one half the position. Hope the market brings it down if there's no takeover, and I think you will make money.'Millicom International Cellular (NasdaqGS: MICC - News): ' ... ahead of the quarter, maybe don't pull the trigger. If it comes in - that has fabulous growth, as does AMX. I endorse it.'America Movil (NYSE: AMX - News)Nova Chemicals (NYSE: NCX - News)Rhodia (NYSE: RHA - News): ' ... these companies are just in bull market mode... You are in a really smart company. They do a lot of things right.'Inverness Medical (AMEX: IMA - News): 'This is the fastest-growing diagnostic stock in the world... It's made a great acquisition of Biosite, which is another Cramer fave... I say you buy and stick with IMA!'Intuitive Surgical (NasdaqGS: ISRG - News): ' ISRG, is still going higher! That's how good the quarter was. There are too many people who want in. Why don't you wait until Wednesday before you do any schnitzelling (i.e., selling some).'General Cable (NYSE: BGC - News): ' ... I say, who needs to rebuild pipes? Who needs to rebuild electric lines? Who gets those orders? In most of America, it is BGC .... Now we've been up 30 points ... after the Chinese selloff ... It's still a buy!'
Bearish calls:
Gemstar (NasdaqGS: GMST - News): 'No, no. It's putting itself for sale... No. Sell, sell, sell. We had a very nice gain. Let's not overstay our welcome.'Starbucks (NasdaqGS: SBUX - News): ' I think that SBUX is trying to bottom ... If they can possibly just stabilize the same-store sales, you're talking about a company that finally is growing ... it's dead money. And I'm not going to encourage you to sell it anymore ... but, don't buy, don't buy... I don't know the rumors at all.'Sara Lee (NYSE: SLE - News): 'SLE is not that good of a company ... I want you to take off a quarter of that stock. It's just dead money.'GigaMedia (NasdaqGM: GIGM - News): 'I don't see anything that I want that I want to pull the trigger on GIGM. I'm not going to plant it though. I'm just going to say 'don't buy...'Rio Tinto (NYSE: RTP - News): 'It's had a big run. It's making a lot of acquisitions... It's been terrific, but let's let it come in a little.'

Jim Cramer's Mad Money Stock Recap July 19th

Predator and Prey: BASF (NYSE: BF - News) and Nova Chemicals (NYSE: NCX - News)
Cramer continued his series on European stocks with BASF, the biggest chemical company in the world, and a stock he likes because "...it has nothing to do with the United States. " While chemical companies have been attractive takeovers, Cramer thinks of BASF as a predator rather than the prey and doesn't expect it to get a bid. However, as long as chemical companies are in bull mode, Cramer says BASF will thrive with its secure earnings. It is also linked to two other bull markets: agriculture and natural gas and oil. He predicts BASF will rise from $136 to $150. Cramer likes NCX as a good "prey" play since Access founder Len Blavatnik is trying to build a global chemcial company and is looking for acquisitions like NCX with strong fundamentals. Cramer thinks NCX could be bought at $56.
Sell Block: Blackstone Group (NYSE: BX - News), Google (NasdaqGS: GOOG - News), Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI - News), Washington Mutual (NYSE: WM - News), Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS - News)
Cramer hopes people listened when he said they should get out of BX, but he suggests he may have been a hog with Google, which missed its quarter. He added a caveat; "Please don't buy the first trading day the week after I recommend a stock," he said. "You have to wait for weakness" and if the stock is high "take a pass." He identifies JCI as one of his picks for which investors should have taken a pass. However, Cramer still thinks JCI is an anointed stock with some upside. Cramer would leave the financials in Rumorville, since they have been vulnerable to Street Gossip, even WM. Concerning his golden pick, GS, Cramer says it hasn't bottomed yet and he would only recommend investors who can take the pain stay in GS.
CEO Interview: James Young Union Pacific (NYSE: UNP - News) with CSX (NYSE: CSX - News)
James Young commented on how overcapacity in the industry is getting lighter, and is responsible, along with congested traffic, for the stock's rise. Cramer said UNP is not going to stop rising at $125 and also gives CSX two thumbs up.

Jim Cramer's Stop Trading April 25th

Black & Decker (NYSE: BDK ), Eastman Chemical (NYSE: EMN), Monsanto (NYSE: MON), Dupont (NYSE: DD), Nova Chemicals (NYSE: NCX), Amazon (NasdaqGS: AMZN), Corning (NYSE: GLW), EMC Corp. (NYSE: EMC), Sepracor (NasdaqGS: SEPR) and Amazon (NasdaqGS: AMZN): Cramer predicted "we will be up 1,000 points by the end of this summer" and called this his "conservative forecast." The reason is that stock supply has "all been sucked up" while demand is sending stocks like BDK up ten points from $82 to $92. Cramer commented on NCX's 12% rise, and said even EMN, a sluggish company, is up, although he wouldn't buy it. He observes DuPont's Pioneer Hybrid purchase is finally paying off, and GLW, which was pessimistic, is increasing supply. Other stocks on a "breakout" included EMC Corp, Sepracor and Amazon; "Do you know that there are hedge funds being put out of business today, because of AMZN?" Cramer said, and suggested that short-sellers "Jump out the window."
