Jim Cramer's Mad Money Stock Recap Sept. 25th

Cramer started off by saying that it's important to buy stocks that will bounce back the hardest.
CBRL Group (CBRL): operator of the iconic Cracker Barrel restaurant chain. Cramer believes that the company is in a good position after revamping their menus and buying back a ton of stock. They had the biggest buyback in percentage of shares outstanding of any company at 54% over the past year. Cramer is crazy about the buyback.
He then took a couple of calls: One caller asked about Brinker International (EAT), which Cramer doesn't like at all. Another caller asked about Wendy's (WEN) and Cramer said don't even look at Wendy's. He suggested that he get in McDonald's (MCD) instead because it is best of breed.
Yesterday, Cramer discussed how Best Buy is leveraging their growth by expanding international. Tuesday he discussed Textron Inc. (TXT). He feels that its Cessna unit will have large worldwide demand in the upcoming years. Honeywell (HON), a company that has been very successful at forecasting the aircraft business, predicts record sales of business jets, Cessna's "bread and butter." Cramer said the rest of the world will soon surpass America in business jet sales, which makes Textron a solid business-jet play.
Before Cramer started the Lightning Round, he recommended that holders of Baidu.com (BIDU) and Focus Media (FMCN) take some profits off the table. The holders of these stocks should sell half their holdings.
In the next segment, Cramer talked about a defense stock that was booted from the NYSE, but will profit from the new defense budget. The stock is Navistar (NAVZ.PK). Cramer also likes Cummins (CMI) and PACCAR (PCAR) in this sector, but Navistar has a lower multiple.
Next, Cramer had John Dioniso, the CEO of AECOM (ACM) on the phone. Cramer has been recommending the stock, and the company has been delivering profits so far. In his opinion, Cramer thinks Aecom is "money in the bank."
Sudden Death:
Brookfield Asset Management (BAM): "Keep buying!"
Spartan Motors (SPAR): No, buy Navistar (NAVZ.PK) instead.

Jim Cramer's Mad Money Stock Recap Sept. 20th

Goldman Sachs (GS): Cramer said they proved today that they're the only broker to own. Goldman Sachs proved itself during a downturn by shorting the mortgage market, Cramer said: "When you're right quarter after quarter after quarter, it isn't luck." They are underestimated by Wall Street, who believes that all brokers are the same, but Cramer says why settle for less when you can have GS for $230? He thinks they will be "dragged" into a higher multiple, but they deserve to sell at $300.
Yum! Brands (YUM): Cramer asked CEO David Novak how they have stayed consistent. Novak pointed out their "global portfolio" including Taco Bell, KFC and Pizza Hut. Their diversity gives them earnings power and tremendous opportunities to expand around the world. Yum! is the No. 1 retail developer in the world, ahead of McDonald's (MCD) and Starbucks (SBUX). Yum! is building one restaurant per day in China and continues to grow elsewhere, Novak said. Cramer asked Novak what he though about YUM being an unhealthy brand. Novak: Out food tastes good and people are looking for taste. Also, their menu's are getting broader and their growth has been exceptional.
Lululemon Lowdown: (LULU)
Cramer: If you are looking for the next Crocs (CROX) or Under Armor (UA), look at LULU. It's a yoga-apparel company who’s stock is up 28% from when Cramer recommended it two months ago. It has growth potential as a woman’s apparel play; 51% of the population. Cramer spoke to lululemon CEO Robert Meers on the show. Meers thinks it's a global opportunity and that people will pay for their quality products and services. He also said they operate well in college towns. Cramer asked about their lack of stores. Meers said their brand "cachet" is very important and that the right thing to do "is be special." Meers also mentioned their 800 number that operates for home delivery.
Sell Block: Cramer was asked why the sudden switch to Wachovia (WB)? Cramer said Wachovia struggled before the rate cut, but it's going to perform better now that interest rates are lower. "Its value will increase" and investors need to change with new events. He added, "It's more important to be consistent with reality than you were before the world changed."
Sudden Death:
Bullish: Nastech (NSTK), Qwest (Q), China Mobile (CHL), Paccar (PCAR) and NVIDIA (NVDA).
Bearish: Qiao Xing (XING) and Acadia (ACAD).

Jim Cramer's Stop Trading July 9th

Paccar (NasdaqGS: PCAR - News) and Cummins Engine (NYSE: CMI - News): A Bear Stearns' upgrade of outperform from neutral brought CMI up 11% and PCAR to 6% on Monday. Cramer says these companies have further to rise.
Olin (NYSE: OLN - News) and PPG (NYSE: PPG - News): Acquisitions in the chemicals sector could mean that "cheap" plays OLN and PPG could be bought, according to Cramer.
Brinker (NYSE: EAT - News), Buffalo Wild Wings (NasdaqGS: BWLD - News), Chipotle (NYSE: CMG - News), McDonald's (NYSE: MCD - News) and Yum (NYSE: YUM - News): A Morgan Stanley report which indicates private equity's reluctance to rescue EAT may send restaurant stocks down. Cramer chose a select few worth buying including BWLD, CMG and international plays MCD and YUM.

Jim Cramer's Mad Money Stock Recap Mar. 16

Caterpillar (NYSE: CAT - News) Terex (NYSE: TEX - News), Cummins (NYSE: CMI - News), Paccar (NasdaqGS: PCAR) and Manitowoc (NYSE: MTW - News)
Cramer declares it a “travesty of a mockery of a sham” that Caterpillar lingers at $63.16 while TEX, CMI, PCAR and MTW are up. On the other hand, he thinks the low price on his top stock of the quarter is a “sale on a best-of-breed stock” which is down 14% year over year. He believes the market is mistaken in grouping CAT with sluggish housing instead of with natural resources. Cramer would “ride” up Caterpillar, which should benefit from rising commodity prices and the end of the yen carry trade which will take the edge off the competition. With a $7.5 million buyback, Cramer thinks the company could bring up its own stock.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals (NasdaqGM: REGN), Nastech Pharmaceutical (NasdaqGM: NSTK)
Cramer told the story of REGN, which was sitting at $5 two years ago, hit $24 and has settked at $18. This gain was accomplished with revenue decline and without a “concrete” product. Cramer predicts NSTK will be the next REGN, and although it is considered a "a comedy of errors” and doesn’t have a new drug in the pipeline, NSTK has money in the bank and the advantage that biotech trades “on hope.” In addition, Cramer noted the company has an effective obesity and insulin drug and has the only “pure play” on autism. Cramer urged interested investors to do homework on NSTK and use limit orders when buying.
Related: H.S Ayoub reports on the phase one test of NSTK's insulin spray.
Game Plan for the coming week: National CineMedia (NasdaqGM: NCMI), Verizon (NYSE: VZ - News), AT&T (NYSE: T - News), Sprint (NYSE: S - News), and Qwest (NYSE: Q - News), AAR (NYSE: AIR - News), General Mills (NYSE: GIS - News), Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS - News)
On Monday, Cramer would buy NCMI, a “fast growing” company that makes cinema ads, and he notes NCMI has not moved since it went public. Concerning a $20 billion government phone contract reported in The Washington Post, Cramer believes Q is the most likely candidate, since T and VZ are too big and S is high because of takeover news. He suggested investors buy GS “hand over fist” on Monday because of its aggressive buyback plan, GIS ahead of its earnings on Thursday, and AIR before Wednesday.
CEO Interview: Peter van Stolk, Jones Soda's (NasdaqCM: JSDA)
When Cramer asked Peter van Stolk to account for Jone's great quarter, van Stolk credited his team’s hard work, strong sales and the introduction of the 12 ounce can; "I think the conversion to pure cane sugar is what's really taken it by the storm." Van Stolk said another advantage is “I can put [a photo] of your loved ones on a bottle of Jones Soda.” Competitors Coca-Cola and Pepsi lack the patent. Cramer thinks JSDA has more room to rise.
